
We began reimagining AuditDashboard’s interface with one goal in mind: to modernize the experience while preserving the familiar workflows users depend on every day. Guided by years of meaningful customer conversations, we approached every decision with purpose and care.
Over the years, AuditDashboard has delivered consistent updates and powerful integrations, but the interface hasn’t evolved at the same pace. This redesign restores that balance, enhancing clarity, improving usability, and making the experience feel lighter and more intuitive.
This update reflects months of collaboration between our product, design, and customer success teams. Together, we reviewed real workflows, identified friction points, and thoughtfully debated the details that make the platform easier to navigate for firms and their clients.

Every visual element in the new AuditDashboard interface, from colour to typography to spacing, has been refined to create a calm and cohesive experience, while improving readability and reducing unnecessary steps in key workflows.

It’s a redesign that looks new but feels unmistakably AuditDashboard, bridging the gap between where we’ve been and where the product is headed next.
The refreshed interface marks a significant shift in AuditDashboard’s design language. We had outgrown the interface that carried us through our early years. The original blue palette conveyed reliability and trust, but it no longer reflected the intentionally human, relationship-driven approach that has become central to our brand and user experience.
The new interface introduces a warmer green palette that adds depth and approachability. The greens, balanced by soft neutrals, create a visual language that conveys grounded confidence and genuine connection—qualities our customers aim to build with their clients every day.
Over the past eight months, we translated our brand colour system into a functional product palette, ensuring improved legibility and clarity across data-heavy dashboards and lists. Typography was refined for hierarchy and scanability, helping users find what they need faster. Spacing was standardized to create visual rhythm and reduce fatigue.
We conducted hands-on testing, observing how adjustments to button placement, colour emphasis, and visual density affected task speed and confidence. This feedback directly informed refinements to the dashboard, request list, detail pane, login experience, and new Activity View.

This redesign marks a significant milestone for AuditDashboard. It cements the foundation for future performance improvements, richer insights, and reinvestment in the experience that firms and their clients appreciate.
